Architect with experience in Architectural Design of Single-family, Multi-family Housing Projects, Commercial Projects.Management and Construction of Housing Projects and Commercial Projects, Traditional System and Light System.​ Experience in fine finishes, Direct the development of the works, control of the execution schedule and budget control; Control plan for technical procedures and Quality Management Management; Evaluation, implementation and monitoring of industrial safety processes, delivery of works and​ management of Residents. With powers to manage, advise, coordinate, and control the technical and administrative activities for Projects or Sets of works and/or priority services. Ability to adapt to the different needs of the company. Excellent interpersonal relationships and great leadership and creativity skills. Ability to receive instructions, initiative and flexibility.
